Keep the clients you have!
Everyone knows it’s easier - and cheaper - to KEEP a client than to acquire a new one. One of the best ways to accomplish this is through a Loyalty Club. You may feel this idea has been over-used and abused, but used judiciously a Loyalty Club – a can be an excellent tool for client retention.
How does a Loyalty Club work?
A Loyalty Club can be created simply by asking clients (and potential clients who contact you to ask about your services) to sign up for the club. All they need to provide is their full name and email. A cell phone number and birthdate can be requested if you wish to send SMS reminders and birthday offers.
Using any anti-spam regulated email marketing system (allowing members to opt out of receiving emails), such as Inwise or Mailchimp and many others on the market. Upload your database of names and then you can send out regular emails in the form of a newsletter, a birthday gift offer or a holiday offer. Keeping in contact with clients only three to four times a year is a perfect way to stay in touch with your clients without being intrusive.
